Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate high-volume guest registration and check-in processes at brand activations and corporate galas.
- Provide detailed and engaging information about client products, missions, and event scheduling to attendees.
- Proactively resolve on-site customer inquiries and logistical challenges with empathy and efficiency.
- Work alongside event production teams to ensure booth presentation meets our 'Experiential Excellence' standards.
